About Phyllis
Phyllis Campagna, a business and life Coach, is the owner of Excelsis Performance Strategies, a professional development firm which specializes in assisting individuals in defining and implementing their personal and professional objectives. Sometimes referred to as a "professional mentor," she has built her 18 year practice primarily from client referrals, focusing on integrating her clients' talents into an effective and integral plan of action.
Phyllis has a BA in applied behavioral science and is currently working toward a Masters Degree in Coaching. She is certified in both business and executive coaching through the National Association of Business Coaches, has completed advanced mediation training through The Divorce Mediation Institute, is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and the National Association of Professional Organizers. She is a Leadership Illinois Alum (class of 2002) and is Chairman of the International Ethics Committee for the WABC. She has served in over 20 other business and civic positions during the past 30 years, most recently as a volunteer mentor for three executives through Women Unlimited.
